Depending on how you interact with Fudchef, we may collect and process information including:
Information provided when registering or maintaining a Fudchef account, including your name, telephone number, email address, account credentials, profile information, and other registration details.

Information such as customer name, contact information, pickup information, delivery address, and delivery instructions may be provided where necessary to complete a delivery.
Relevant transaction information may be shared with banks, payment gateways, card processors, mobile-money providers, digital-wallet providers, and other financial service providers for payment authorization, settlement, refunds, fraud prevention, and transaction processing.

If Fudchef, any relevant business operation, or substantially all of its applicable assets is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, transfer, or similar corporate transaction, personal information may form part of the assets or operations transferred.
Any such processing will remain subject to applicable legal requirements.
Fudchef operates and develops services intended for use across multiple markets.
Accordingly, information may be processed, transferred, or stored in countries other than the country in which it was originally collected, including where Fudchef, its affiliates, cloud infrastructure providers, payment partners, technology providers, or other authorized service providers operate.
Where required by applicable law, Fudchef will implement appropriate measures relating to international transfers of personal information.
The existing Fudchef policy already contemplates processing and storage outside the UAE where required for payment processing, order fulfilment and support services.
Protecting information is an important part of Fudchef's technology and operational practices.
Fudchef maintains commercially reasonable administrative, organizational, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.
Depending on the relevant systems and services, safeguards may include:
encryption in transit;
access controls;
authentication mechanisms;
network-security measures;

server-security controls;

restricted administrative access; and
other appropriate security measures.
Access to personal information is restricted, where appropriate, to authorized personnel, contractors, and service providers who require such access for legitimate operational purposes.

This is consistent with the existing policy's provision permitting retention of information for compliance and historical record purposes.
Depending on your account type, jurisdiction, and available functionality, you may be able to review or update information through your Fudchef profile.

saved addresses;
payment settings; and
other account preferences.
Where available, users may also request account deletion through the applicable account settings.
Account deletion remains subject to information that Fudchef is legally entitled or required to retain.
